Ask your Instinct to watch new calendar bookings and warn you early when two meetings overlap, with a free slot as an alternative. It only proposes a change: moving a meeting with someone else happens after you approve.
The prompt
If I work with multiple jobs or clients, watch new calendar bookings for overlapping meetings and alert me early with an available alternative. Before moving a meeting with someone else, check which event should move and ask me to approve the change. After sending the updated invite, verify the attendee accepted the new time. A sent invite is not an acceptance. This idea comes from one person's Reddit account, not a reliability guarantee.
Prerequisites
- Instinct connected to your calendar. If you work with several calendars (multiple jobs or clients), each one must be connected or an overlap between them will not show.
- A channel where Instinct can alert you, such as WhatsApp.
Permission limits
- Read access to the calendar. It does not edit events or send invites without your explicit approval.
- Before moving a meeting with someone else, Instinct checks which one should move and waits for your approval.
- After a changed invite goes out, it verifies that the attendee accepted. A sent invite is not an acceptance.
Test status
Not tested by Builder. The tip rests on one person's own report, not on a run of ours.

Known failure: No failure recorded, because we have not run it. Expected limit, not observed: an overlap with a calendar that was never connected will be missed.
